Email form technology gives the end user the ability to fill out information to be received by you in an email form or posted to a database for retrieval. These forms are designed to be nested seamlessly within pages in your website. These forms are fully customizable and have multi functions.

For example, you may want to gather information from potential customers and read their information in your email. The customer would go to a certain page on your website and fill in the fields you have previously specified (i.e. Name, Address, Email, Comments). Often this is used on a contact us page on your website.

Basic Email Form

Choose to Include:

Text fields for names, email addresses, comments, etc.
Drop down choices
Multiple choices with check boxes or radio buttons
Simple validation of required fields
